Potato Casserole

2 lb. frozen hash browns (thawed)

1/4 C melted margarine

1 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

1/2 C chopped onion

1 pint sour cream

1 can cream of chicken soup

2 C grated cheddar cheese

2 C Bread crumbs or cornflake crumbs

Mix together and pour into a greased 9″ x 13″ pan.  Tope with 2 cups bread crumbs or crushed cornflakes.  Bake at 350 for 1 hour.  Serves 10.
